Council Meeting
July 25th, 2005

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. Present were Reeve Hore and Councillors Crack, Hope, Stevens and Sullivan.

The purpose of the meeting was to formalize the arrangements with the Northern Credit Union for the long term financing of the marina expansion. The payments fro this loan will be made annually from the additional revenue from the marina operations.

Resolved to give first, second and third readings to By-law #854 being a by-law to authorize the borrowing from and pledging security to the Northern Credit Union for the expansion of the marina.

Resolved to give first, second and third readings to By-law #855 being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on July 25th, 2005 and confirm the taking of any action authorized therein and thereby.

Resolved to adjourn to meet again on August 11th, 2005 or at the call of the Reeve.
