Waterfront Centre

The Waterfront Centre is an office buliding with perhaps the best scenic views from any office, anywhere.

Overlooking the beautiful Hilton Beach Marina, the ground floor of the building is home to the East Marina office and lounge.

Upstairs there are five units and a set of public restrooms.

The building experiences heavy traffic with many visitors coming to use the computer lab at the Hilton Web Connection or get tourist information from the EDC Office.

The building is currently filled to capacity.

Community Workshop Garage

When the old municipal storage garage began to collapse onto itself, the decision was made to build a new storage building / workshop.

What it became was not just a garage, however. With interest expressed by a number of community groups, it evolved into a community workshop.

Fundraisers were held to collect used tools and buy new equipment, all of which is available for use by community groups in this clean, safe and spacious workshop.
